Dedicated Oakberry AU team members provide operations, marketing, and development support. The Oakers Store Owner can reach out to Oakrberry AU for operating and training matters. Oakers undergo immersion to the brand, design, construction operations, and real estate upon franchise agreement signing. Leading up to opening your first store, there will be comprehensive field training for key positions, then Field Trainers will come to market to assist you in opening the store. Oakberry AU training program is designed to prepare our Oakers to train, lead and inspire their teams to successfully deliver an outstanding service. This can include a site visit in an operating store for a real experience to feel and learn the store daily operations.

That can vary depending on store location, size, licenses, etc. But we estimate an average cost of implementation between 250-350k AUD, with a 24 to 36 months payback time.

40K AUD, included on the total cost for a fully operation store mentioned in the previous question. Contact us for more information.

Our Royalty Fee is 6% of gross sales. The Marketing fee is 2% of gross sales.

Oakberry AU already mapped key spots to be next expansion opportunities. This will be offered as an alternative. We will be pleased to receive your real state indication as well. We are going to support on the analysis using ideal criteria to increase success probability.

In order to receive a copy of Oakberry’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), please complete the online Franchise Inquiry Form. This is the first step in having a conversation. Once we have received and reviewed your completed application, we will respond to you with our criteria, or have a representative contact you directly. We will then send out our FDD to qualified candidates.

The MY OAK is our loyalty program for all you oak lovers out there. Here at Oakberry, we believe that it’s always good to give something back, so we like to reward our loyal customers with special treats.

There is 1 type of card (digital) and there are 2 ways to access them:

  • A digital card is available on the mobile app on the profile screen.
  • You can also access a digital version of your card by logging into the website on a mobile device. Click on ‘My Profile’ and the barcode will appear.

To activate your account. you must verify your email. You will be sent a verification email once you sign up online. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see the verification email, otherwise please contact [email protected] if you are having issues.

You can check how many points you have by heading to the app or logging into your account. You can also ask our friendly OAKBERRY team members to check for you!

Go to the ‘ORDER’ section of the MY OAK app and select your favourite acai. As in the store, you’ll see that you can pick your size and customise your acai, by choosing your unlimited toppings. Then, pick your extra toppings to add the finishing touch.

Once you’ve got your order sorted, you can set your pick-up time. If you are already on route, you’ll probably want your Oakberry ASAP, or you can arrange to pick it up later, so you can swing by when it suits you. Either way, you’ll never have to queue at OAKBERRY again!

Keep in mind, you will need to be connected to the internet (through Wi-Fi or 4G) to log in and use the app.

If you have already placed your order on the app, you will need to contact the Oakberry store you ordered it from immediately, to make any changes to your order. Hurry, there’s no time to lose!

Don’t panic! It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your reward to be loaded into your account. If your reward still does not appear after this time or you are having trouble with your account, click here to contact our Customer Care Team and they will be happy to help.

Please ensure you have the latest version of the MY OAK app by doing an app refresh via your relevant app store. 

Once updated and you’ve logged in this should solve the issue. If the issue continues, delete the app, and re-install it. You will then be able to log in with your account details.

Well, that’s annoying! Have you tried resetting it? Click on where it says “Forgot your password? Click here to reset it”. You will need to enter the email address linked to your account. Then we’ll send you an email, so you can reset it. This time, try and pick a memorable one! If you’re still having trouble, don’t panic! Simply, email our Oakberry Customer Care Team [email protected] and we’ll get it all sorted out for you. You will need to include the following information:

  • Your MY OAK Member Number
  • Your MY OAK Member Verification Code
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Date of Birth

Make sure you give us all the info above, so we can help you as soon as possible.

Sorry about that! This could be caused by a couple of things; your latest card number might not be registered with us yet or your personal details could be out of date.

Don’t worry, our Customer Care Team can fix this for you. They just need to update a few of your details on the system to unlock your account. Please contact our Customer Care Team on [email protected].

You can update your account details via your mobile app. If however, you need to change your date of birth because you accidentally put in the incorrect date, please contact [email protected].

No, there is no physical card option. When you create the MY OAK account online, you will automatically be issued a digital card.

We’re sorry to see you go. To cancel your membership, please log into your account and in the menu section go to “Permanently Delete Account” and follow the prompts. Otherwise, you can also email us via [email protected].

Loyalty Points

IN-STORE: All you have to do is present your digital membership card or the “My profile” screen on the app or website to the OAKBERRY team member at the time of purchase. 

ONLINE: When ordering online you will need to log into your MY OAK account and once logged in you will start earning points for every order.

There is no limit on how many points you can earn, however, OAKBERRY will be monitoring any signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity and reserve the right to remove points or terminate an account if we have evidence of this.

Members can earn loyalty points in any OAKBERRY store in Australia, via the MY OAK app and online ordering.

Once you have collected enough points for a free item, simply visit us in-store and let the OAKBERRY team member know when you are ordering that you would like to redeem your free item. They will then scan your card or app to redeem.

You can also place your order on the app and website and choose to pay with your points at the checkout screen if you have enough for a freebie that is. So, you can skip the queue and skip paying as well!

Yes, the new program is nationwide, and you can earn and redeem points across all stores!

No, you will not be able to earn points for gift card purchases.

No, you will not be able to earn points for delivery app orders.

We’re sorry, we love to travel the world too. But unfortunately, at this stage, you can only earn or redeem points in Australia.

No, you will not earn points on the item if you have redeemed using points from your account. Points can only be earned using cash, credit, or gift cards.

No, points can only be redeemed for the menu. 

No, you cannot transfer points to other members.

Unfortunately, no, you must have the required amount of points to redeem the free reward item. 

No, the points levels to redeem will remain the same at all times.

If your account has been inactive for 12 months and you have not used it for earning or redeeming points then your points and your account will be suspended. You will be notified of your membership on a regular basis so that you can keep track of the status of your points
